(i) details of vacancies will be current, complete or accurate
(ii) applications for vacancies will be successful
(iii) teragoogle.com or any of its contents are virus free
(iv) the provision of the services will be uninterrupted or error-free
3. Accessing external websites
You can access other sites via links from www.teragoogle. These sites are not under our control and we are not responsible in any way for any of their contents.
4. Registration for Jobs by Email
By subscribing to our Jobs by Email service you are deemed to have accepted our Terms & Conditions. You should also read our Privacy Policy
teragoogle.com is committed to ensuring your privacy is protected. When signing up for our Jobs by Email service we collect your name, email address, gender, location, current role, job seeking status and job searching preferences. This information will only ever be used by teragoogle. We will not contact you other than to send you the bulletins you have subscribed for, or internal news about our services for jobseekers, and we will not distribute any of the details you provide to a third party. We have put in place suitable security procedures to safeguard your information.
Any registration details you use must be personal to you and must not be used by anyone else.
You must not maliciously create additional accounts.
You must notify us of any changes to your details by emailing sales@teragoogle.com or by logging in to your Jobs by Email account and making the amendments online.
We do not guarantee that our Jobs by Email service will be compatible with your email provider.
We can cancel access to the Jobs by Email service at any time if you do not comply with our requirements.
5. Message boards
teragoogle.com reserve the right to delete any message at any time for any reason, in particular messages which are likely to cause offence to other people, may cause legal problems or reveal personal details which could endanger a person’s safety.
Messages which contain contact details will be removed.
Posts advertising products or services are not allowed.
You should also refrain from inappropriate language on the message boards. Unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, threatening, harmful, profane, sexually orientated, racially offensive or otherwise objectionable material is not acceptable.
You may not violate, plagiarise, or infringe, on the rights of third parties including copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, personal, publicity, or proprietary rights. If such an event occurs, the individual posting the information shall be held solely responsible. teragoogle.com will not be held responsible for member-posted information that may violate copyright law.
